Fortunately I haven't encountered any yet... or any that were stupid enough to wave it around. If I'm being honest with myself (and not writing a sarcastic blog post), I know I would probably be better off if I gave up brake pulsing for good, but sometimes I think that if you can 1) do it safely and 2) keep your cool, it's just too satisfying to give a pushy tailgater a nice jolt. And somebody's got to stand up to people like this in some way. (Also, I'm not sure if there's any misunderstanding or not, but to be clear when I say '2nd lane' I refer to the 2nd lane from the right.)
